The beautiful game....

Teh beautiful game...Soccer for some, Football for others what ever it is called, fans of it got a glow in their eye when they talk about it...
So here i am with this glow in the eyes writing what i feel about football, what i feel when i am playing it and what i feel when i am seeing it...
Some people don't understand the emotions associated with this game...where 22 grown men run behind a small ball, kick the shite out of the poor thing trying to kick it into a goal..But fail to release and/or see the tricks and styles with which each player plays..
Theres an overdrive of adrenaline in my body whenever i talk about football..
this same rush i experience when i am see Manchester United play...in each and every ,match they play....
People and indeed me, are so engrossed in the game that they feel the same feelings the players feel that are on the football pitch...
You get a feeling for every near miss, every save and every attempt on goal by the side your supporting...a feeling that cant be described easily...
You feel your palms sweat when your teams behind at the 90th minute...
You feel high when your team's won the match...no matter how..be it 1-0 or 7-1 :P
Thats what you feel when your seeing it...
Believe me when i say you feel a feeling that altogether on a different level..
All other feelings, tensions and emotions are blocked and i feel a sense of focus and determination...
You get an amazing feeling when you've scored a goal or saved it...
You get a feeling that some of the greatest players soals have descended into your body taking you forward, making you do all those tricks..
I for one can say that i play with extreme dedication...i can prove this by saying that i have a facture on my left foot although i am a right footed player...
Family and indeed friends say that your no going to win the world cup for showing so much dedication...but i say its not like i am in control of my feelings on the football pitch..
Its like i switch to "Football Mode" automatically or something...but whatever it is it feel's great....It is the sole form of sport i play anymore and i play it to shift my mind from everyday tensions and become tension-free... You can say its my source of karma...
I am going to continue playing football no matter what a doctor says or no matter what my parents say..i still have the fracture and the doctor said to take 3/4 weeks off..but unlike me the doctor does'nt get the same rush that i do...Though i did take a week off owing the fact that my left foot was soft plastered...
Until next time..Joga Bonito...
Football FTW!!! Manchester United FTW!!!
